Responsibilities
• Data entry and review of invoices, vouchers, and payment requests• Resolve account related issues• Balance statements and finalize data• Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests• Match checks to invoices/payment requests• Research and resolve payables issues with vendors• Prep accounts for payments and verify data• File documents• Act as cashier• Assist as backup receptionist for front desk• Break down and cost deals• Make daily deposits• Post accounts payable/receivables• Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesales
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Previous dealership experience required• Ability to balance large volume accounts• Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills• Fast learner and able to handle a demanding environment• Ability to work independently as well as with a team• Professional appearance• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Authorized to work in the USA• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and valid driver's license
