Primary Accounting business contact for Jindal Films Americas, LLC – Shawnee, OK Plant.   Oversees key aspects of financial reporting and accounting for manufacturing. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Primary Accounts Payable contact for vendors and plant personnel. Coordination with external auditors to ensure that plant accounting is properly recorded  and timely and meets all GAAP and IFRS requirements Provide cash flow forecasting Manages back end of payables to facilitate reconciliation and payment of invoices; works across Procurement, vendors, 3 rd party services and plant personnel Advise Accounting Specialist, Plant Analyst and Manufacturing on accounting issues (inventories, fixed assets, manufacturing and cost accounting) Supervise the monthly closing process for plant Coordinate property tax submissions Manage ad hoc financial requests EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE : Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field Min. 5-8 years of financial/ accounting experience MBA preferred Understanding of complex financial and accounting transactions Analytical and problem solving capability Presentation skills Interpersonal and planning skills Performance Orientation Teamwork Influencing Capability Work independently Proactive Self-motivated Project management skills and process oriented Ability to work with full range of manufacturing positions and across different cultures
