Senior Financial Analyst – Perfumery Manufacturing OperationsPlainsboro, NJ, USHybridThe Financial Analyst role is an active contributor to the US Finance Operations team and the person will play a key role in the tracking and the analysis of expenses and production costs for several production sites in the US. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesMonitor plant controlling activities with a focus on expenses for several manufacturing sites, provide cost analysis, maintain scorecards accordingly to the Group and Financial procedures.Support the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization and investment decisions.Participate in Period End Monthly Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration team, manage and support the development of the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget processes for the plants.Review and set the annual standard costs and ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines on standard costing, contribute to build up the performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement.Participate to Control and Audit activities led by Finance & Accounting, and develop High Level Control activities to strengthen ICS, analyze and comment the COGS variances of the plant in accordance with the Group Controlling & Financial procedures.Assist to provide a strong understanding of expenses by the local operations organizations.
