Summary: IPConfigure is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Oversee financial reporting activities, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and provide financial information for business planning and decision-making. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Benefits Industry competitive salaries based on experience.
