We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Training and Development: Demonstrate a proven ability to train and mentor accounting staff, ensuring their continuous professional growth.Audit and Quality Control: Oversee and complete quality control audits, ensuring the highest standards of quality control are maintained in all financial processes. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring the bookkeeping reports are accurate for our clients. Troubleshooting and correcting errors are apart from this job role.Team Leadership: Take the lead in managing and guiding the accounting team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. You will be a Senior-level staff member, so there will be limited oversight.
