Family coverage is also available.Dental, Vision, & Disability Insurance8 Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementStudent Loan Assistance (we pay $500 towards your student loans every 6 months!)Retirement Savings BonusEmployer Contribution to a Dependent Care FSAEssential and Principle Job Responsibilities:PayrollWorks with internal staff on making sure all payroll changes are up to date for each payrollMake necessary tax, direct deposit, and other payroll changes as needed for accurate and timely payroll processingReviews staff and consumer payroll registers for accuracy and communicates with payroll processor for any adjustments as neededAttend to payroll inquiries from employees as neededComplete year end reporting tasksAccounts PayablePerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable dataPrepare bills and invoices in accounting system, correctly coding and allocating expensesReconcile accounts payable each month to ensure all payables are accounted forAccounts ReceivableOversee and supervise the accounts receivable cycle to make sure billings are completed by the 15th of each monthResolve any billing conflictsGeneral Ledger & financial reportsMaintain the fixed asset schedule and create necessary journal entriesMaintain the chart of accountsReconcile the cash accounts and create necessary journal entriesReview financial statements for accuracy and monthly reporting to the executive leadership teamManage and direct the accounting team
