Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) refers to a range of accounting and financial services provided by Bowers CPAs & Advisors. These services include outsourced CFO and accounting services including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning; financial statement preparation; full-service bookkeeping; vendor bill processing and payment; customer invoicing; payroll processing and tax reporting; sales tax preparation. Due to the group's continued growth, we are recruiting for CAAS Accounting Manager positions. Job Summary
In the role, you will be a member of CAAS group accountable for providing Accounting Manager level accounting services including month-end review and closing of financial records, processing payables and receivables and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.
Requirements
Oversee and manage responsibilities for assigned CAAS transactional staff
Oversee timely efficient processing and accurate payment of vendor invoices
Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
Perform accounting system clean-ups
Prepare month-end close for assigned clients
Assist with financial reporting
Participate in marketing events
Qualifications
B.S degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experience
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communicator
Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Able to manage priorities and workflow
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Salary:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00
