Accounting Manager, 120K-130K

Addison Group is partnered with a PE owned healthcare practice located near Las Colinas. The Corporate Controller is looking for their right hand when it comes to oversight of general accounting functions and their staff.
This role is located in Irving, TX and is hybrid in office 3-days per week. This role pays between 120K-130K (flexible) + bonus.
Responsibilities:
Manage general accounting functions and staff including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Develop staff by managing performance and providing ongoing training and maintaining strong employee relationships
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analyses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries for assigned properties.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
Process and review invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
Monitor and collect rent payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
Reconcile bank statements for assigned properties, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
5+ years of accounting experience is required
Healthcare experience is highly preferred
US GAAP experience is highly preferred
Supervisory experience is highly preferred
CPA, or CPA Candidate is a preferred
