Job Description AECOM Hunt is seeking an Accounting Intern to be based in the Phoenix, Arizona. This position is expected to begin in July 2024. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Works under direct supervision, completing assigned tasks in support of the controllership team. May also support the project accounting team. Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff. Meets required schedules while producing quality work. Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or a similar major with the intent to continue after the internship, unless graduating. Candidate must have completed one year of study. Preferred Qualifications : Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion. Ability to learn new technologies and concepts. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Willing to work on a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
