Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Finance with general bookkeeping, escrow account management, and processing department form submissions• Respond to inquiries from sales team members and provide reports as requested by other team members• Maintain department records and communicate with internal and external partners
Requirements
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented• Organized and great at follow-up• Basic math competency• Experience with general office equipment and administrative or clerical roles• Some college• Real estate brokerage operations and transaction coordination experience
