As the Accounting Controller at Wan Bridge, you'll lead the accounting department, overseeing construction, property, and corporate accounting. Your role involves managing the Accounting Department, ensuring productivity and fostering professional growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the accounting team, nurturing their development and providing support. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for consistency and compliance. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and reconciliations. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular analysis. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Work with our China team to standardize processes across international operations. Offer strategic financial advice to senior management and department heads, contributing to decision-making and financial performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing changes to remain competitive and compliant. Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
? 4 years of proven experience in accounting leadership roles.
? In-depth knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
? Strong understanding of property accounting and real estate finance.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Functions:

? Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
? Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
