The Accounting Clerk will assist and support the Accounting Department at Club Wyndham Grand Desert by generating and posting journal entries, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, reviewing various reports, processing and researching invoices, assisting on various special projects as needed, and performing other miscellaneous clerical and accounting-related tasks.
How You'll Shine: Assists and supports the accounting group by generating and posting journal entries
Performing balance sheet account reconciliations
Accounts Payable: process HOA related invoices
What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. Accounting-related technical training or 2-year degree preferred
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to work hours to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
Accounting experience: 1 year preferred
