Accounting Clerk

SkyRun - RMNP is looking for an accounting clerk to join our team. We are located at 1885 Sketch Box Ln. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, dependable, customer service oriented and hard-working. Work Schedule Flexible work schedule, FT or PT available, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, weekdays.
Responsibilities Assist Accounting Manager with Owner Statements, insurance certificates, spreadsheets, data entry, copying, scanning, filing, vendor and client communication.
Necessary Skills Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. QuickBooks experience, preferably QuickBooks Online. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Learn SkyRun's software. Ability to logically file documents – electronic or paper. Experienced in the use of office equipment – computer software, copying, scanning, telephone. Accuracy and attention to details. Time management skills / organized. Quick learner / team player. Excellent oral / written communication skills and math skills. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
