Responsibilities
• Perform reconciliations of high-volume bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts• Prepare payment and adjustment reports and reconciliations• Create and generate financial reports for analysis and reporting• Provide system support and troubleshooting• Maintain optimal operation of departmental application• Identify and implement operating improvements and efficiencies• Provide education on financial tools and resources• Work on special projects as needed
Requirements
• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field• 2-4 years of accounting experience• Excellent customer service skills• Strong communication skills• Organized and able to prioritize workload• Advanced Excel skills
