A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department across various tasks, including but not limited to reconciling accounts payable invoices, daily entry of invoices, and processing weekly payments. Additionally, tasks may involve verifying credit card expense reports, reconciling general ledger account balances, and aiding in month-end close procedures. The Accounting Assistant also includes assisting in various accounting-related projects and general ledger tasks.
