Accounting Assistant/AP and AR Specialist
* This is an in-office position*
  Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Responsible for A/P and A/R entry Post bills, receipts, and process payments  Communicate effectively with customers and other departments Process new vendors and customers and maintain files Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile credit card transactions Qualifications:
Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks Excellent knowledge of Excel  Great interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Employee Benefits (after waiting period):
