Accountant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Walt Disney is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting and possess strong analytical skills. As an Associate level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Prepare and analyze financial reports- Assist with budget planning and analysis- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- CPA certification preferred- 2+ years of experience in accounting- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Resilient and resourceful mindset- Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
