Accountant - Work From Home

We are looking for a reliable and driven Accountant to join our team at Sears Holdings, working remotely from New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Accountant with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:- Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy- Preparing financial statements and reports- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are met- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards- Using problem-solving skills and creativity to improve financial processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- CPA certification preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
