Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact in two key areas:
Client Delight - Building Strong Relationships
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational services to our clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Support the client onboarding process for assigned engagements, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Execute various accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable management, bookkeeping entries, and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with your manager and team members to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value and efficiency by recommending additional services or tools.
Team Delight - Fostering Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment and success.
- Embrace new technologies to address client needs.
- Welcome coaching and feedback to continuously improve and achieve team and client goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Experience in a multi-client environment is preferred.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during traditional business hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
