Accountant

Job Description:

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a motivated and independent Entry Level Accountant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to support the financial needs of the company.

Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements and reports- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts- Reconcile and balance accounts- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable- Assist with payroll processing- Support the financial audit process- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance- Provide support for special projects as needed- Utilize innovation and project management skills to improve accounting processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 1 year of experience in accounting or finance- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Motivated to continuously learn and grow in the accounting field- Demonstrated ability to innovate and manage projects effectively
