Accountant

Job Description:

As an Accountant at UPS in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will work closely with other team members to support the company's financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations- Develop financial models and projections- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Assist with audits and other financial reviews

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field- CPA certification preferred- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Motivated and resilient personality traits- Critical thinking and creativity soft skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
