As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization's financial integrity and transparency of our organization. You will be responsible for performing the various accounting and general ledger cycles and contributing to department process improvements. Provides accounting support for the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Aligns operating budgets to reporting requirements in collaboration with Budget Leaders and the VP of Finance. Provides financial accounting oversight for Title III provider partner funds, including contract, invoice, and carryover fund reconciliation. Prepares special reports and assists in projects as requested by the VP of Finance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in accounting, will consider work experience in lieu of degree. Minimum three years of related experience in accounting and accounting systems Grant administration, fund accounting, and budgeting experience preferred Experience working within a not-for-profit a plus WORK SCHEDULE This position is a hybrid, working two to three days in the office and remotely for the remainder of the week.
