Responsibilities
• Prepare sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, and year-end tax documents for clients• Perform intermediate-level accounting tasks including bookkeeping and payroll• Work directly with Managers and Partners to determine and meet all client's tax and accounting needs
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in accounting• Experience with Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks, digital workload management, and tax preparation software – and comfortable learning new software programs• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments• Excellent communication skills• Basic to intermediate level of knowledge about tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping• CPA certification or working towards one
