Responsibilities
• Facilitate general ledger month-end close• Prepare journal entries• Reconcile inter-company accounts and bank accounts• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses• Calculate and track rebates• Prepare state sales and use tax returns• Prepare accounts receivable aging• Work on special projects• Compile and analyze financial information• Prepare financial statements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Flexibility in scheduling• Ability to work independently with changing priorities• Experience with accounting systems (CODA, Oracle)
