Qualifications:
- Independent contractor status.
- Clean background check.
- Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a designated home office space.
- Possession of a cell phone with multiple email identities (data reimbursement up to $35/month available).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years under a CFO).
- QuickBooks™ Online ProAdvisor Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
- Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and ability to pass a skills test.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
- Proficiency with various software applications and technological tools.
Responsibilities:
- Adherence to all relevant accounting and financial regulations.
- Compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
- Preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Provision of data to management, investors, and stakeholders.
- Maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Calculation of sales taxes.
- Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes.
