Accountant - Accountant, General Ledger, Gaap

We are currently looking to hire an Accountant with General Ledger and GAAP experience. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization, managing the day-to-day accounting processes, and providing financial reporting.
Position Overview: Manage the day-to-day accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, inventory control and financial reporting Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial and operational policies and procedures Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct internal audits, and review budgets Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding accounting and budgeting related matters Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgets Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and transactions Coordinate and direct internal and external audits Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Develop and maintain financial and operational policies and procedures Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding accounting and budgeting matters Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
