Account Support Specialist - Work From Home

Toast is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer support and account management.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up their accounts- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to better assist customers- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resourceful problem-solving skills- Reliable and able to meet deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
