Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is remote work and at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience. We are looking for a highly adaptable and reliable individual with excellent people management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to key customer accounts in managing their needs and concerns- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the account management process- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients- Track and analyze account performance to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to facilitate communication and understanding

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
