Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at Netskope. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and training- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Conduct analyses of client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong time management and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
