Job Description:

Xerox is seeking a highly motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and reliable, with excellent critical thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support to assigned accounts.2. Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.4. Assist in the implementation of new accounts and support ongoing account growth.5. Analyze account data and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.7. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience in account management or customer support.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US.
