Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our team at Avon Products in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing client accounts, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates- Assist with creating sales presentations and marketing materials- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars- Communicate with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues that may arise- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Assist with data entry and reporting tasks to track sales performance- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a similar role- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure- Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
