Account Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team at Coinbase. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with account-related inquiries, issues, and escalations via phone, email, and chat2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries3. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and feedback7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service

Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills3. Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite6. High school diploma or equivalent required
