Job Description:
Verizon is looking for a talented Account Support Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, perfect for someone with 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and strategies to meet client needs- Research industry trends and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients- Prepare and present reports on account performance and opportunities for improvement- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Independent and motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision- Excellent research and negotiation skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Prior experience in account management or customer service- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
