Job Description:

WeWork is seeking a remote Account Support Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues- Utilize client feedback to improve our products and services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles- Hardworking and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Experience working remotely is a plus
