Account Support Representative

As an Account Support Representative at PPL in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts2. Address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction5. Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better assist clients

Requirements:1. Independent and adaptable personality traits2. Strong critical thinking and communication skills3. Previous experience in a customer service or account support role4. Excellent problem-solving abilities5. Proficiency in relevant computer software applications6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
