Job Description:
Markel is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients to gather information and assist account managers in preparing quotes and proposals- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data in the company's systems- Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time- Provide administrative support to account managers as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements:- Motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively- Strong team player who can collaborate with colleagues from various departments- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
