Job Description:
DHL is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position will be confident, resilient, and possess excellent people management and time management skills.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Maintain client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives- Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement- Meet and exceed performance goals and deadlines set by management
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Confidence and resilience in handling challenging situations- Excellent time management and organizational skills
