Job Description:
Land O'Lakes is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to delivery or product quality- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded- Assist with account management activities, including maintaining client records and updating contracts- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or services- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the client support process
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or account management- Adaptability and resourcefulness in solving problems and addressing client needs- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events- Retirement plan and profit sharing benefits are available
