Job Description:
Harley-Davidson is seeking a dedicated Account Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts- Maintain and update customer account information- Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience in customer service or account management is a plus
