Job Description:
Fannie Mae is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. This role requires someone who is independent and confident, with excellent cooperation and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Assist with account management tasks, including processing invoices, updating records, and resolving client inquiries- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth- Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders- Maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for all account-related issues
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
