Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Manager to join our team at Southern. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Seattle, Washington, US. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that arise- Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to clients- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed- Analyze data and prepare reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant solutions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills- Cooperative attitude and team player mentality
