Job Description:

Affirm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Account Support Manager at Affirm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their success with our services. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a resilient and energetic personality.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with onboarding and training on our services, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understanding of our tools.3. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance metrics and KPIs.4. Analyze client data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.5. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.6. Research industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.7. Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.8. Work closely with the leadership team to develop new strategies and processes to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support.3. Strong critical thinking and research skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and remotely.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
