Account Support Manager

Job description:

DTE Energy is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, cooperative, and creative, with a passion for supporting our clients and driving results.

Responsibilities:- Provide account management and support for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to clients on their account status- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into our systems- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
