Sempra Energy is seeking a passionate and driven Account Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and execute account strategies- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work towards achieving increased sales and revenue targets- Provide regular updates to clients on product developments, industry trends, and company updates- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance metrics and address any concerns- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business and industry to better serve their needs
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 6+ years of experience in account management or client services- Strong people management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Willingness to travel as needed
