Job Description:

Mohawk Industries is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California in a remote work capacity. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience but possess a resourceful and adaptable personality. The Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, assisting with various administrative tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Learn and understand company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Work closely with the sales team to support account growth and retention efforts- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Resourceful and adaptable personality traits- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
