Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Associate at Coca-Cola European Partners, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our account management team in Austin, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be dedicated, motivated, possess excellent research skills, and have experience in strategic planning.

Responsibilities:1. Support the account management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and correspondence.2. Conduct research on client accounts, market trends, and competitor analysis to assist the team in developing strategic plans.3. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations and build strong relationships.5. Participate in team meetings and provide input on account strategies and initiatives.6. Help coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed.7. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the account management team.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar support role.2. Strong organizational and time management skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.7. Previous experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
