Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess qualities such as being driven and independent. The ideal candidate will also have strong planning and people management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on Unity's products and services- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts- Prepare reports and analysis on client accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the account support department

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong planning and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in people management or leadership is a plus
