Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with a strong ability to innovate and analyze data.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for account growth- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 4+ years of experience in account management or customer support- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in the technology industry is preferred
