Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a passionate and reliable Account Support Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our account management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Responsibilities:1. Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and addressing client inquiries.2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for client meetings.3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.4. Conduct research and analysis to support account management initiatives.5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies.6. Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies and escalate as needed.7. Provide general administrative support to the account management team.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.3. Strong planning and negotiation skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
