Account Support Associate

World Fuel Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to the account management team, including preparing reports, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with account maintenance.- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to increase account retention and profitability.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or fuel industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Cooperation and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
